  1. Hello,
I’ve bought a club king 290. Would you please tell me which case I should buy ?
    Thank you

    1. The Club King fits in our Large Teardrop case – TLCase. thank you & Enjoy!

  2. I have a charger 290 and I’ve been desperately trying to find somewhere that sells or makes your new tortoise pickguards for the newest models. Any clue on where I can get one or can I order one from you guys?

    1. I’m afraid we don’t stock the Charger Guard in Tortoise at the moment. My friend & dealer Joe at Joe’s Music in Eastpointe MI cuts pickguards – he can get you anything you like… Thanks!!

  3. Hello – I bought a dub king bass and its fitted with roundwounds. I would like to change them in body-through FLATS and want to ask you, which strings are usable for that (LaBella deep talking should NOT BE USED for body-through…) Thanks a lot and lots of greetings from germany.

    1. Our bridge has a top-load option that works really well with flats. Try your LaBellas that way. I’m afraid that I can’t speak to types of strings for basses, as I am not an expert in that area.

  4. Folks, I received my second Reverend from Canton Music Shoppe here in Atlanta. My Lord these are fabulous and why isn’t bass contour on every guitar made is beyond me.
Sea Blue Charger 290 and the Green Jetsream 390. Just wonderful guitars folks, thank you. Scott

    1. Thank you so much!

  5. It says my spring was delivered but I never received it?!!!

    1. Please email, and we will see if we can’t track it down.

  6. I love the Reverend S-style pickups. Can I buy the pickups by themselves?

    1. We don’t sell our standard pickups on their own. Sorry.

  7. Want the railhammer pickup only. Where can I buy it at? I heard a YouTube video of someone using a fuzz and then direct into a bassman….the bassman sound heavy enough for thrash.

  8. What is the reverend store return policy?

  9. Hi there!
I own a Reverend Charger 290 LE in Alpine Green – i’m so happy! It’s one of the most beautiful guitars I’ve ever seen and I LOVE the sound. Browsing your page I discovered some updates you imparted in your current guitars, such as the jack, treble bleed circuit, etc. I would really love those for my current Reverend as I’ve been pondering the installation of such upgrades (esp. the treble bleed) myself – is there any possibility to buy them separately from you? Maybe even as an entire wiring harness? Would really love to upgrade my beloved Charger with “original” parts!
    Thanks so much.

  10. Hey Ken! Huge fan. My guitar is on back order. The new Kingbolt RA with the most beautiful neck I have ever seen. I purchased at Moore Music in Evansville, IN. From what I hear you or someone from Reverend might be coming to the shop to deliver in 3 weeks. I just have to say that is the coolest thing ever. Moore Music in Evansville, IN is an amazing shop with great people. They are really a great business. I have searched you tube video after you tube video. Doing all the research to find the sound I want, and becoming a huge fan of you and Joe Naylor. You guys are the most initiative coolest guitar company that have the most style and don’t try to “re invent the wheel” guitar company I have ever seen. I am so excited to get a hold of my axe and push all my friends to put the Les Paul’s down and pick up a Reverend. I just want to say I would love to be there when or if you show up at the shop. Thanks for everything Ken!

  11. Just was wondering if you sold soft touch bigsby springs in a gold finish.

    1. At the moment we don’t have plans on doing a gold version. However, I will bring it back up to the team. Thank you

  12. Can you guys notify me when you get more xl red t-shirts?
